Moscow School District 

For my Public Relations capstone project, my team and I produced a strategic communication campaign for our client, the Moscow School District. I was the lead copywriter for this project.  

The Moscow School District (MSD) needs to pass a bond that grants funds to build a new high school.

If voters saw The Moscow School District as a vital part of the community, then they would innately decide to vote yes on the bond.

We surveyed community members to learn more about their voting habits, preferred media channels, and opinions on public schooling/the Moscow School District. 

 

We got data from 288 respondents

Through our research phase, we uncovered our two target audiences, as well as their ideal messages and media channels.

"Bear Necessities"

The University of Idaho wrote a story on my team and our campaign. As a student reporter it was really cool to be the interviewee of a professional writer.

Overall, as the lead copywriter for this project, I was able to portray our research and strategy through written content. It also strengthened my client communication and professionalism.
